Toddler Room

Ages 18 months - 2.5 years

The toddlers have a spacious room with various learning opportunities to stimulate their development. This space is perfect for our children aged 18 months - 2.5 years as it incorporates all areas of learning with a variety of resources and equipment to challenge and excite the children.

The toddler room has areas for the children to engage in role play, creative play and physical play with our active parachute games but not forgetting a cosy sleep/rest area.

Ages 18 months - 2.5 years

Pre-school Room

Ages 3 years - 5 years

In our preschool room all the activities are based on and incorporate all the seven areas of learning in the early year’s curriculum.
Staff plan and provide a range of activities to both excite and challenge the children to ensure that they are learning through play and having fun.
We ensure that the children’s learning environment is bright, colourful and includes their own artwork and creations using wide range of resources.
Activities include, art and crafts, messy experiences, ICT and learning about the natural world around us. We also have our Dance and Spanish teachers visiting once a week, extending the children's learning experiences.
The children's interaction and social skills are developed by modelling staffs positive behaviour, including listening and communicating with lots of praise and encouragement.
In the preschool rooms we believe that children should start school healthy, happy, communicative, sociable, curious, active, independent, ready and equipped for the next stage of life and learning.
Being prepared for school is not simply knowing about letters and numbers. It is about making sure that children are ready to make friends, to play, to have the freedom of speech and communicate their needs confidently.




Nursery Room

Ages 2.5 years - 3.5 years

Our nursery room is for our children aged 2.5 - 3.5 years old. In our nursery room our daily routine includes a wide range of planned activities, including cooking activities, messy and creative play. We offer lots of learning opportunities for the children to enjoy with extra activities such as music and movement with our wonderful dance teachers who visit us each week. We also explore different celebrations throughout the year and watch our eggs hatch as we learn about the life cycle of a chicken at Easter. All the activities provided aim to encourage important social skills like turn taking, sharing, playing in groups and co-operating.

Our baby centre is divided into two areas. Our younger babies, 3 months - 12 months and our older babies, 12 months - 18 months. We have 2 large, spacious, stimulating rooms, offering all our babies a range of activities that are aimed towards their first experiences. The babies and little toddlers also have their very own separate garden area to enable them to play, learn and explore outdoors too.
The staff in our baby centre provide high quality care in a warm and nurturing environment to enable the babies to grow in confidence whilst exploring and discovering new, exciting activities that are carefully planned, providing a fun and interactive environment.
We provide a variety of experiences within the baby rooms including sensory exploration, creative activities, and messy play. We also love music and movement with a range of familiar songs and nursery rhymes.
All the babies care routines are met with love and attention which are all recorded in a daily diary to keep you informed and aware of your babies feeds, sleeps, and nappy changes on a daily basis. We keep to their own routines to ensure they feel happy, secure, and settled during their time with us in the nursery.

Our Garden

We have a large garden which is accessed by all age groups in all weathers, under the sunshades in the summer months or wrapped up warm in the winter months, playing in the rain and snow.
As well as riding our bikes and driving our cars along the garden roads we have lots of different areas in which to explore and discover new experiences.
We have our statement pirate ship to climb on, challenging our physical development and exploring deep into our imaginations when sailing across the seas.
Our garden also has messy areas including sand and water play, creative areas to experiment with our mark making using paint, chalk and other resources to create colourful artwork across our garden walls and floor. Our construction/builders’ areas allow the children to simply build their own creations.


















Soft Play

We have our very own uniquely designed and themed, spacious indoor soft play area. The garden themed area includes soft play blocks to build and balance on, a ball pool and our grasshopper slide, in which all the children can access to enjoy and explore.
We use this area to develop a range of physical skills and have lots of fun whether it is climbing, jumping, balancing, or playing with our friends in the ball pool.

Soft Play

We have our very own uniquely designed and themed, spacious indoor soft play area. The under the sea themed area includes soft play blocks to build and balance on, a ball pool and our whale slide, in which all the children can access to enjoy and explore.
We use this area to develop a range of physical skills and have lots of fun whether it is climbing, jumping, balancing, or playing with our friends in the ball pool.
