The toddler room has areas for the children to engage in role play, creative play and physical play with our active parachute games but not forgetting a cosy sleep/rest area.

Activities include, art and crafts, messy experiences, ICT and learning about the natural world around us. We also have our Dance and Spanish teachers visiting once a week, extending the children's learning experiences.
The children's interaction and social skills are developed by modelling staffs positive behaviour, including listening and communicating with lots of praise and encouragement.
In the preschool rooms we believe that children should start school healthy, happy, communicative, sociable, curious, active, independent, ready and equipped for the next stage of life and learning.
Being prepared for school is not simply knowing about letters and numbers. It is about making sure that children are ready to make friends, to play, to have the freedom of speech and communicate their needs confidently.
In our nursery room our daily routine includes a wide range of planned activities, including cooking activities, messy and creative play. We offer lots of learning opportunities for the children to enjoy with extra activities such as music and movement with our wonderful dance teachers who visit us each week. We also explore different celebrations throughout the year and watch our eggs hatch as we learn about the life cycle of a chicken at Easter. Our construction/builders’ areas allow the children to simply build their own creations.
We have our very own uniquely designed and themed, spacious indoor soft play area. The garden themed area includes soft play blocks to build and balance on, a ball pool and our grasshopper slide, in which all the children can access to enjoy and explore.
We use this area to develop a range of physical skills and have lots of fun whether it is climbing, jumping, balancing, or playing with our friends in the ball pool.
